 The financial magazine has ranked Hollywood's highest earners of the last year, and Madonna has come out on top thanks to the huge profits generated from her international MDNA tour.

3. "Fifty Shades of Grey" author E.L. James, "X Factor's" Simon Cowell and radio and TV host Howard Stern tied for third place, each earning $95 million.

5. Glenn Beck, The Blaze founder and media personality , $90 million

6. Michael Bay, "Transformers" director-producer, $82 million
